Top Tips for Better Sleep This Spring

Spring is beautiful, but it can also be the time of year that really disrupts our sleep. Longer evenings, lighter mornings and the shift to daylight saving time can nudge our body's internal clock out of rhythm.

 

Here are a few top tips to get a better nights sleep this Springtime:

 

-Getting outside in the fresh air within an hour of waking can help reset your internal body clock.

 

-Try and keep the last hour of your day SIMPLE: warm shower, light stretching or a good book. NO doom scrolling!

 

-Try and avoid late-evening hydration as this can lead to disrupted sleep

 

- Northern lights lighting, magnesium balm on my feet and calves (I use Sweet Bee organics),  bach flower remedies: These are my night time saviours!
