A gentle mental health check-in!
How are you feeling right now?
Following World Mental Health Day on October the 10th, this month invites us to slow down, to notice the changes in our energy, and create the space for genuine rest. Are you making that space for you?
In the rush of daily commitments our wellbeing can sometimes sit at the bottom of the list. Today is your permission slip to bring it right back to the top.

01 • Grounding
Reconnect with your body
When life gets stressful, reflexology can bring balance back. Reflexology works through specific pressure points on your feet to promote relaxation to your nervous system, helping to soothe your body and mind.
02 • Release
Unburden held tension
Stress naturally settles in our neck, scalp, and shoulders. An Indian head massage releases these physical blocks, encouraging fresh circulation and giving you a calm headspace to reset your week.
Three things to do to support your mental health this week!
1. The 3-Minute Breath Reset: Inhale for four counts, hold gently for two, exhale slowly for six. Long exhales activate your parasympathetic system.
2. Daily Sensory Check-In: Step outside for five minutes without your phone. Notice three distinct textures, two natural sounds, and the cool autumn air.
3. Protecting Your Boundaries: Give yourself unconditional permission to say no to one non-essential demand this week to make time for restorative rest.

Here's a lovely review from last week!
"I had a wonderful reflexology session with Sheona. She was warm, professional and made me feel completely relaxed and at ease from the moment that I arrived. The treatment was so calming and relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed, balanced and genuinely looked after"
"Take care of your mind, and your body will follow."
